Hollowbourne Hoard

England is steeped in history, less than a mile from where I live is a village mentioned in The Doomsday Book, I live in a house that is 150 years old and I love wandering around old cathedrals and churches.

The "olde" collection was originally inspired by Victorian "medieval" tiles which were made mainly in Stoke on Trent within 1 mile of where I live now. Recently The Staffordshire Hoard has been on show at my local museum and that has inspired many new designs most of which are only on paper at the moment.
