Zoomorphic brooch with creatures

A Celtic inspired handmade brooch with creatures from pagan myths.....

Rich gold and red colours make this piece really stand out.

The brooch is made from brass which has been hand sawn out and soldered to a copper backing, that has been textured and heat treated to colour it.

It has silver (sterling and brilliante)brooch fixings with a safety catch.

I normally lacquer these to prevent fingerprints if you don't want it lacquered let me know when you order.

It will come in a handmade woolen pouch for safekeeping.

It is about 2 inches wide by just over 1 1/2 inches high,or 5.3 x 4 cm.

This would look at much at home on the pocket of a formal jacket as on a scarf as in my picture.
